Maharana Kumbha Sangeet Kala Trust
Maharana Kumbha Sangeet Kala Trust, a Charitable Trust, which was registered on 15th June, 1984 and named after one of the greatest rulers of Mewar, Maharana Kumbha because Maharana himself was an accomplished musician and gave an exclusive gift to Indian music in the form of outstanding treatise ’Sangeetraj’. He wrote extensively on music and also made other literary commentaries in Sanskrit.

It was created to extend patronage and assist in the promotion & preservation of Indian Classical music in all its traditional forms and Indian folk music, Rajasthani & Tribal music; Indian Instrumental music of all forms; Indian fine arts from all traditional schools of arts; Indian local arts & tribal arts; Indian classical dances of various styles to include folk dance & Tribal dances; Dramatics, Theatricals and pageants; Create amenities for the promotion and preservation of these objectives.

It is also involved with Mewar Memorable Millennium Melodious Music. 5M or Mewar Memorable Millennium Melodious Music (P) Ltd. is a music company under the guardianship of the Maharana Kumbha Sangeet Kala Trust. The trust is divesting its vast reserve of music to 5M. 5M is working with AVA Audio Pvt. Ltd. to put the recording of Yesteryears together and market it on national and international level.

The Royal collection of Mewar consists of Dagar Brother’s Dhrupad in Raga Miya ki Malhar, Megh, Kafi ki Hori, Bageshree, Puriya, Pilu and Rajwari Geet.
